The Founder is the first character a player gets to create. The player can change the 5 skills on the founder. You can change the value of each specialization by choosing the stars and by the sliders.

Multiple Founders[]
You can have 1-4 company founders since Beta 1. Each founder has 25% of the company stock which can be bought out. However, if you buy this stock, the founder will leave your company immediately.

- Founders don't get sick
- Founders don't need food/water/toilets
- Founders are paid in dividends insted of a salary
- Founders stay with your company for 45+ years (unless you buy them out)
- Founders cannot be fired
- Founders cannot learn new things
